Our gourmet breakfast, created by chef Roberto Rossi, includes a wide range of organic and locally-sourced products, traditional Emilian cold cuts, Parmigiano Reggiano and other cheeses.
All the products served at breakfast are homemade, cooked by Robert, our chef. On your table you will find many different types of butter biscuits, cakes, Bundt cakes and croissants.
Organic and high-quality
Each ingredient has been carefully selected to guarantee a unique sensory experience. Our selection of full-leaf teas come from the first and oldest Italian teahouse, who select the best varieties and blends of tea and fruit tisanes. Over 70% of our cuisine is composed of organic products, such as fresh milk, jams, cereals, eggs and yogurt.
À la carte or buffet-style
For your comfort and to ensure the freshness of the products at Locanda del Feudo we prefer to serve upon request some dishes that are usually found at the buffet, such as our selection of cold cuts. You can choose Parma ham aged 30 months, coppa and pancetta from Piacenza, mortadella from Bologna, local salami. The eggs are made on the spot in every way required by international breakfast (omelettes, soft-boiled, scrambled, etc..).
According to your needs
Our guests love breakfast time! In order to make it as relaxing as possible we have chosen to serve breakfast between 08:00 and 10:00 on weekdays, and from 09:00 to 11:00 on weekends. However if you prefer to have breakfast at a different time you only need to inform us at your arrival.
